As a result of the search to solve the professional carpet cleaners problem of carpet and upholstery browning, Fabpro's research laboratories developed and formulated Fabpro's Browning and Coffee Stain Remover.

Removes or reduces browning due to overwetting and bleed through of jute back. When the jute carpet backing becomes overwet, jute vegetable dye combine with excess moisture and travel up through the carpet fiber during drying and discolor it. Browning and Coffee Stain Remover will remove or effectively reduce the discoloration caused by overwetting of jute.

Reduces intensity of brown or yellow animal stains due to loss of color.
An application of Browning and Coffee Stain Remover will reduce the intensity of animal stains, making them less obvious or in some cases, remove them completely.

Effective on upholstery as well as carpet.
Use safely on upholstery, too. If overwet, the padding or stuffing under the upholstery fabric can discolor the face fabric. Browning and Coffee Stain Remover can remove troublesome browning. Follow specific directions for upholstery.

Easy to use directions.
As with all cleaning products, test on fabric for color fastness in an inconspicuous area.
For use on carpet if browning has occurred:
Do not dilute. Use Browning and Coffee Stain Remover just as it comes from the container. Apply Browning and Coffee Stain Remover using a chemical resistant sprayer. DO NOT MIST. Apply Browning and Coffee Stain Remover uniformly to the affected area.
Brush area with pile brush. Allow Browning and Coffee Stain Remover to work until browning is removed or intensity is reduced. Then blot (do not rub) with a clean dry white cloth to remove excess moisture as desired.
For use on upholstery if browning has occurred:
Do not dilute. Use Browning and Coffee Stain Remover just as it comes from the container. Apply Browning and Coffee Stain Remover using a chemical resistant sprayer with a fine spray. DO NOT MIST. Apply uniformly to affected area. Do not overwet. Allow Browning and Coffee Stain Remover to work until browning is reduced or disappears. Extract with a portable or truckmounted vacuum system while applying a fine spray of a neutral detergent.
