Concentrated Soil Retardant Rotary Cleaner W/FPR
A water based cleaning system with soil retardant additives for interim carpet maintenance using the bonnet or pad system with rotary machines. Virtually eliminates soil buildup.

Does not contain solvents or VOC's.

Test for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area.

For lightly soiled carpet: mix 2-3 ounces of concentrated Fabpro's Concentrated Soil Retardant Rotary Cleaner W/FPR in 1 gallon (1:64 to 1:43 dilution) of water. Spray on area to be cleaned. Bonnet clean or buff clean with absorbent bonnet. Use bonnet until saturated with soil then use reverse side. Launder and reuse bonnet.
For heavily soiled carpet: dilute 1 part Concentrated Soil Retardant Rotary Cleaner W/FPR with 12 parts cool water (10 fluid ounces in 1 gallon) of water. Spray on pad or bonnet of rotary machine and proceed with cleaning. Spray solution on carpet in path of rotary machine while buffing carpet. (for heavily soiled areas pre-spray areas before cleaning). Use reverse side of bonnet or pad when one side gets soiled. When both sides get soiled, rinse in hot water and reuse. Each diluted gallon covers 800-1000 square feet.

Add one ounce of Fabpro's Activator Powder to each diluted gallon of Concentrated Soil Retardant Rotary Cleaner W/FPR to deodorize and boost cleaning.

pH: (ready to use) 8.0-9.0.
