Hard Surface Cleaner
Specially formulated for cleaning smoke damaged on hard surfaces. Also a very effective cleaner for olefin carpet.

Contains deodorizing agents.
This product requires no additives or boosters. It is cost effective in reducing the time spent on cleaning any hard surface and will prepare walls for painting.

By maintaining a pH of 11.5 in diluted form, Fabpro's Hard Surface Cleaner cuts through soil that no other product of this type can remove. Yet it is safe to use.

Neutralizes.
Saves time and money. All during the cleaning process this cleaner will effectively neutralize the smoke odor. Often eliminates the need for additional deodorizing measures.

Easy to use directions.
Diluted solution may be applied with a wall cleaning machine or by hand cleaning methods.

Economical to use.
4 Ounces of Hard Surface Cleaner per gallon of water will clean 200-400 sq. feet depending on method of application.

Flash Point: Non-combustible.

pH: Product maintains a pH of 13.0-13.5.
