For detailed instructions on how to treat a stain for:

Appearance: Stiff, shiny, built-up.
Contains: Lacquer, pigment, dyes, liquid cellulose acetate base.
Characteristics: Characteristics
Procedure:
1. Apply Paint, Oil, and Grease Remover (or Citrus Solvent ) and blot.
2. Apply Volatile Solvent and blot.
3. Apply Neutral Detergent and blot.
4. Rinse with water and blot.
5. Repeat if necessary.
