Urine

For detailed instructions on how to treat a stain for:

Appearance: Yellow to brown, absorbed, darkens with age
Contains: Urea, uric acids, organic salts, pigments etc.
Characteristics: May cause permanent damage to dye and fabric.
Procedure:
1. Apply Acetic Acid and blot.
2. Rinse with water and blot.
3. Apply a solution of Reducing Agent and blot.
4. If stain does not come out, use heat transfer method using a solution of Reducing Agent.
5. Follow with industry accepted cleaning procedures.
Urine stains may cause permanent dye removal from fibers.
